Meeting Dates, Agendas & Minutes C = Cancelled Meeting
The next scheduled meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday, 3rd June 2025 at 7.00 p.m. in the Village Hall. The Agenda for the relevant meeting will appear on the date link below (usually on the Wednesday or Thursday before the date of the meeting). [Please note that the meetings scheduled for 1st June and 6th July 2021, and 4th January, 1st February, and 1st March 2022 were all cancelled due to the Government's failure to renew the regulations which allow meetings to take place remotely (via zoom). On those dates, it was not safe to hold face-to-face meetings in the Village Hall, given the ongoing safety concerns, respective restrictions, and risk assessment advice that applied at the relevant time. The Council will resume face-to-face meetings as soon as it is considered safe to do so (and has in fact now done so).].............................................................................................................................................................................................
The full schedule of Parish Council meetings for 2025 appears below. However, meetings traditionally take place on the first Tuesday in every month. Minutes and current Agendas are posted below, but if you wish to view any Agendas for 2024 (or previous years), please contact the Clerk.* Please note there is usually no full Parish Council Meeting in August, but a provisional date is given for planning and urgent matters only (if there are no such matters, the meeting is cancelled).
N.B. All meetings start at 7.00 p.m. in the Village Hall unless otherwise stated on the Agenda.
